how many days to make and break a habit

since it quite smoking I dont really have too many habits to break but there are many I would like to establish. I have heard it take any where from 30 to 90 days to make a habit what do you think. what are your experiences?

It takes me about a month to get used to a habit.The key is to remember to add your new activity to your routine. As soon as you do that, it is easy to form the habit. Good Luck. Take it one day at a time.
