do you have a fitball?

i have one,i bought it about an year ago after several searches cause it was very difficult to find a cheap one.first i found only very expensive fitballs for fitness clubs and finally found one at about 15$.at the begining i used it very often but now i haven't used for about 2 months and i think i am gonna use it again for doing exercises as i got 2 extra kilos that looks awful to me and i wantto loose them fast

Hi andrejuly84! Some of my friends have these fitballs but I don't have one. However I have other exercising equipment but have been so lazy nowadays. Have not used them for a long time now. Maybe, I will find be motivated to do some exercise again. Take care and have a nice day.
