What video card is the best for lowest price?

We are having computer problems that we thought was a problem with the monitor. We switched monitors and the problem persisted. So we are guessing its the video card because it keeps wiggling its way loose. Just wondering if anyone could suggest their favorite video/graphics card and one that at is under $100 at that. Anyone have any suggestions?

thats a hard question to answer on a 100 bucks budget, search around on ebay and you may find one, but it wont be capable of much, like gaming and stuff...

What would you suggest for gaming? We only had a 32 mb, so anything we get will be better than what we had lol

if you were to buy in the philippines, for 100usd you can get one of the best, i guess my favorite is intel
