I am a home-maker and have two kids. I like to do things with meticulous planning and on time. I like to have some free time of an hour or two for myself where I can do things of my choice. For this reason, I start my day very early and work hard to complete all the routine and must do things just to save those few minutes but I get terribly tensed in the process of doing all the activities. At every step of completing one activity,I never feel happy of completing it instead worrying to complete other pending ones. This nature of mine is ultimately leading to a lot of frustration, dissatisfaction, irritability and anguish at the end of the day. Because of this feelings, I'm unable to concentrate on anything and even not having sound sleep. Even in the midnight, I wake up suddenly and watch the clock. This state of mine is indirectly affecting my family life and I'm unable to spend valuable time with my kids and for my interests to prosper. I would like to share my feelingswith my friends and like to adopt their suggestions in this regard.

If you plan so much for yourself to do that it causes you nothing but worry and stress, maybe you should make yourself a to-do list. List those things that you wish to accomplish for the day. Don't forget to put your personal time on the list. Make sure that you prioritize those things, and make sure that you get the important things done first. Cross these things off as you get them done. At the end of the day, look back and see how much you have done and you should not feel guilty for spending a little time for yourself.
