Memos and warining - how will you deal this

I had got memo and warning when I had my initial jobs. But as I had got experience those mistakes were not repeated. Also those reply to memos and warning also bettered my official writing skill for controversial matters. It really made my administrative rules to be polished. But now it has been declined tremendously. No more memo or warning I would like to have now. I have lot of other works.

YES SHAMRACK; Congratulations for your fast learner about self-mistake and doing the corrections. Being a employee of course, have to enhance the management skills. What is management skills?.
