What do you think of HYPNOTISM?

There are many mysterious tales regarding "Hypnotism'.Some say it is good,and others say,it is downright dangerous!
It has been used by Psychiatrists and Psychologists,not to mention,in "Psyching",in general.
please come out with your opinions!
