Does Anybody Know About Raw Diamonds?

I'm just curious if anyone is familiar with these? My sister has about 10 or so from a mine in Iowa. They are very old and were found many years ago. I thought about taking them to a Jewelry store but I don't think they would give me an unbiased opinion, or if they really know about Raw Diamonds. If there is anywhere in N.E. Ohio area that anyone can suggest I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
