I think pollution does contribute to the so many diseases nowadays. Before science and technology era, there is no development and construction, etc. Trees are not cut down for massive business purposes. Rivers are not pulluted with chemicals. The ground is not dug for oil. The same goes for the ocean, not polluted by oil and garbage. People breathe fresh air, drink clean water and live free from radiation whatsoever. Nowadays we are exposed with so much pollution. It is impossible not to be exposed to pollution.

I agree. The case with the woman Erin Brockovich showed that clearly. And it is probable that there are many more instances, and not all of the affected people get the compensation (for whatever its worth...) they should and that is sad and very wrong. Too many companies get away with what amounts to murder (in some cases) by not being responsible enough to properly dispose of the hazardous materials they produce. And then there are not enough constitutional regulations/provisions to ensure that the preservation of the environment remains a top priority in every situation. It is ironic that the bottomline is always about money and not health, and yet that bottomline is directly proportional to increase in poor health and an increased health bill.
