What do you think about Fifa 08? Do you like it?

Hello everyone. I have played FIFA 08 (demo) and I didn't like it at all. It looks like a console game, and haven't too much changes from FIFA 07. What I have liked it's the physical of players and ball is a bit changed, in good. Also the bug that you can shot from gate to gate has disappeared. Anyhow, FIFA 08 still have a some bugs, I have discovered 2 bugs in 30 minutes of playing (wow, I was good like a game tester). In rest, the comments is almost the same like in FIFA 07.
What it's new? Not too much. Interface it's ok, but without too many option, I'm curious how is the Manager-Mode this year. Few new tricks, I saw you could select the goalkeeper if you want to manual-defend your gate, but in practice is hard. The conclusion (maybe premature) is that it doesn't worth to buy the game, maybe only if you are wicked fan, EA team bringing too less innovations from the old version. Anyhow, I'm waiting for the full version (relased in USA at 28 september).

alright guys first of all, give EA a break. look, I'm not satisfied with the game (08) either but it is not as bad as it may seem. ( besides even pro evolution soccer 6 wasn't that different from its franchise, PES 5). They've improved the gameplay decently and the special moves are unbelievable. Artificial intelligence is going to be awesome as well. Also FIFA 08 has a new feature which is "be a pro" where you can play the entire season from one players perspective.
And finally about the bugs. What you played was just a demo, a demo is a pre-release where the company sends it out to people to test it for bugs, so obviously in a nut-shell it means that there are still loads of bugs present in the demo. Hell every demo has bugs! So I think you guys should not come to conclusions just from playing the demo. Wait until the game is fully released

Sorry, I don't play Fifa either...
I'm not much of a gamer. When I play a game I don't like games where you permanently control the characters, where you always have to push keys. I'm more of a strategy player. I like games like Heroes or Warcraft more than shooters or football games like Fifa.

I understand. But FIFA is a popular game and maybe you should try it. Or are you playing Manager ? Oh, and I also like Heroes and Warcraft, but I enjoy also FIFA :P

i like it always....i want more experience with it to tell more...
i am a die hard fan of fifa..I played all the series of ea sports fifa released since the fifa 98..I always love to do so...No other game gave me this much satisfaction for playing a video game...Actually by playing fifa i got interest in club football...I got fifa 08 yesterday and i am still experiencing the game...
