? If you are able to commend yourself, it would be better to get equipped to commend yourself.
Sorry, commend has several meanings for me to understand though I am a little confused with this word.
Well, I think that if we can commend ourselves, we would be able to be more active in doing whatever without being passively doing things. Hope that I get bit of the point.

This can also be applied to; Knowing a job well gives you power compared to people who have half knowledge or no knowledge at all.
