Kucing Garong & Ketahuan

Currently, the most populair songs in my country (Indonesia)especially in my city Jakarta are titled "Kucing Garong" and "Ketahuan". The Kucing Garong is sung by Erna sari and the Ketahuan is sung by Matta for Pop version and Uut Permatasari for Dangdut version. Any question so far?

I've never heard of any of the songs nor the artists. How do they sound? Can you explain a bit? And what is Dangdut? Thanks for enlightening me =)
