have you read "The English Patient"?

I haven't read the book but I saw the movie years ago. I really liked the movie I thought it was good. If I remember correctly the movie won several awards. It might have won best picture but I can't remember. I cried when I watched the movie some of it was sad. If you haven't seen the movie you should definitely rent it. Sometimes the book is better sometimes the movie is better but since I never read the book I can't tell which is better but it was a good movie.

I have not read the book but I have seen the movie. John Hurt won some big award, an Oscar, if I remember right. It was definitely a good movie. Try it after you have finished the book. But be prepared, it may be differnet on many levels. You judge.
