I'm watching this movie for the third time. I leave a lot time in between repeats, in this case 5 years. It's a good example of how art reflects reality in respect to the characters. One of the goofs for the movie isn't in the movie but in the filming locations listed. It says this movie about surfing and surfers was all filmed in "EI Paso, Texas" This is funniest thing I have ever read on this site. You will like this movie even if you don't like surfing. If you've already seen it, see it again, it's worth it. ^_^
