Sorry, my friends at my lot, I am awfully busy this week, I've got three different customers visiting me this week for three whole days, I really don't have time in my office and have to OT at home after the meeting with them during the day time:) Really horribel for me, but I suppose we could conquer it after all now our Sales Director and VP are helping on me:)

No problem Andy. Don't be so sad or feeling down for that matter. All your friends much well understood for everybody's busy for offline schedules. Hi William,
Thanks for the concern & I am finally back form the business trip in SZ & DG in the last 3 days. Having meeting with them is really tough this time. Profit though we have made in this peak season, we are sacrificing customer's befenit here since we hate to have to increase the prices here.
Anyway, we went through it after all in the meeting after that day, though the result is not that good.

Welcome back, Andy. I know that you don't want to increase the price, but I think that it is not what you can do because the price of the raw materials is going up. It is the same to everything these months. Business as well as life still needs to go on. Good luck in your business, Andy.
