Small claims court by back stabbing room mate

My ex room mate was arrested for menacing after she threatened to beat me up one night. She was kicked out of the apartment a few days later. She is now treating to take me to small claims court for her portion of the rent (that was paid to the complex) and the water bill (that was in her name). We had agreed that I would pay for half of the water bill and she would pay for half of the electric bill (that was in my name). After this happened I paid the electric bill without her half and then moved out a week after her. Would she win if this went to court?

Take the police report to court of her being arrested, that will help. I dont see how you would loose, you didnt do anything wrong. You werent going to live without electricity, good luck, usually the ones who question themselves are the innoscent ones.
