They said it has been on oprah and 20/20 and it's legal.. does it work?

I'd do it, I know people that have made good money with chain letters, there are ways to make it legal, like sending a note with your dollar telling them to add you to thier mailing list. If you do it I would go to www.usmailinglists.net to get a up to date list of people that will respond to your letter.

It's a pyramid scheme, a chain letter or whatever you want to call it and I do believe it is illegal.

I don't think they work. I get those all the time. I just throw them away. I know it would only be a $6 loss, but the whole thing sounds fishy to me.

It is a Pyramid scheme and to me it is a PEST. It had been around for a long time since the internet started. The people would come to my bulletin board and posted all these emails on each topic which had nothing to do with the scheme. I had to shut down many of my Bulletin Board because of them. I can't stand them. Why would people put their name and address on the email and sent them out to strangers or post it on the bulletin board for the rest of the world to see, For $$$$$? How sad.
