Bought a 5th wheel-can't pay for it

My Dad has two 5yt wheels -1998 Avoin Wesport, and a 2004. Both are triple slides and both are nice R.V's. The problem is that he cant afford them. He is 80 yrs old and is getting further in dept using his credit cards to make payments. He has a younger wife (he went to the Phillipeans(sp)) but he's on chrash course with fia. problems. Is thier a law that prtect our seniors from makeing bad deals when they are being pressed by salesmens?
