I recently purchased a laptop and am thrilled with it. The only problem is - I'm unable to connect to the net. Or should I say, I'm unable to maintain a connection. It lasts several minutes and drops out. I'm miserable as a result of trying to figure it out. My ISP help desk can't figure it out and the technician at the place I bought it from can't figure it out. Thinking it must be something I did wrong, I deleted the connection to start again but Outlook Express is telling me there's an error. I'm hoping there's a kind, friendly, computer guru out there who maybe able to help me.

take it back to where ya bought it and tell them to fix it. that new should work and they should know how to fix it. If not make them give ya a new one.

Hi honey! I am afraid I don't have any rwal advice to offer you but I haven't seen you for so long that I just wanted to drop by ands say hello and wish you luck with getting your connection fixed! The one thing I was going to suggest was that if it is a wireless connection perhaps your router is placed in the wrong area - try moving it - you never know your luck! xxx
