annoying neighbor??

Okay so I guess I have been blessed to not have any really annoying crazy neighbors- as of yet, knock on wood :) BUT- I did just hear about this cool website that gives people in insite into neighbor across the USA- it's called www.rottenneighbor.com check it out- its a really cool site :)

I had a neighbor that had a race car and every night around 10 oclock he would rev his engine over and over for 20 minutes or so.that is the most annoying thing for me.My husband would get mad every night and yell but you know the guy couldnt even hear us it just made me more mad.errrrrrrrr

I have been fairly lucky neighbour wise. Although when I lived in this poor part of town in a 4-plex we had people in the next complex over who would get really drunk and pass out locking the kids outside. I remember one night it was about 2100 and these two young kids were in their bathing suits shivering on the doorstep. That was the final straw for us neighbours and we called the police yet again, this time the social workers came too and took the kids away. A couple of weeks later the kids were back and the problems started up again, they moved out of the area so that the welfare people in a different district and the neighbours wouldn't know them and they could start all over again. I hope the kids survived against the odds and turned out okay but I somehow doubt it. I'd say they were the worst neighbours I ever had.

There used to be a crazy old man that lived beside my dad. We had a fence seperating the yards, but it never failed that something, and I'm talking stupid things like leaves and stuff, would blow over to his side and he would come over cussing and making a scene. I was in 6th grade and I was walking my dog and I guess we got a little close to his property line because out he came, cussing and telling me he would shoot my dog. He must have been really brave because my dog was a very protective St. Bernard.:p Anyway, it made my mom and dad really mad and they went over to talk to him. His dog ended up getting out of the house and it attacked me. It was terrible. My dog was fighting with that dog and my parents were freaking out and trying to get his dog away from me and all he was doing was grumbling and cussing! LOL. He was a huge jerk. I don't know what ever happend to him.
