have you ever dreamed as if you're falling from a high building and you immidiately wake up feeling scared,your heart beats faster??? I wonder what does it means? it happened to me three times already...I wonder if it has a meaning of something dangerous to happen..or is it sending me a message or what?

I've heard it means you feel a lose of control in your waking life.
Also as weird as this may sound, I've read it may be an out of body experience. Your body is coming back and that's why you feel the way you do. Not that I really believe that, I've just read that.
