How do you get lipstick or lipgloss off of chair ulpholstery?

Somehow my three year old daughter got hold of my lip gloss yesterday and had a field day wiping it all over my chair upholstery. It's not like she was trying to be mean or mischeivious, but she got the stuff on her hands as she was trying to put it on her lips and having nothing else to wipe her fingers on, decided that the chair was the next likely candidate. So, now I have lipgloss on my chair fabric and I don't know how to get it off. Does anyone have suggestions on a product that I could buy to take the lipgloss off the fabric. It's a light green color. And, I suppose I could just cover the chair, cause it's not really fancy, but it would be nicer to get the stain off the fabric. Do you use a specific product that might be good for this type of stain or situation? I've tried some Woolite for carpet with little success. Perhaps because it is not rug fibers. Suggestions or ideas would be much appreciated.

There is a product, OxyClean I think it's called, there are generic versions of it as well. It works great to get almost any stain out of any fabric, you can buy it as a powder or as a spray. I use it in laundry to get stains off or to get my whites whiter.
