what is your guilty pleasure?

Alright, we all have a guilty pleasure. What is yours? I guess you could say mine is reality tv shows, I am addicted to Survivor, Top Chef, The Hills on MTV, I used to watch Fear Factor, I like big brother, amazing race, secret lives of women, the list goes on and on.

Oh my..if we are putting favorite television shows under 'guilty pleasures' a few of yours are similar to mine., Yes to Survivor and the Amazing Race. To me the ones that are even more mind candy to me are the gossipy entertainment shows...'mindless dribble' as my hubby calls them!LOL Food wise my guilty pleasure is a big bran muffin heated in the micro and dripping with chunky peanut butter with a large cup of coffee with flavored creamer....mmmmmmm.sweet treat heaven for me!
