Would you eavesdrop on a friend's conversation?

Do you feel like that would be an invasion of privacy or would your curiousity get the better of you?

I would not deliberately listen in on a friend, but I cannot swear that I would absolutely walk away if I happened to hear something by chance. I hope doesn't make me a bad person, curiosity is very powerful sometimes.

I am with you here. It would depend on what they were talking about. If you heard your name being used it would be hard not to try and find out what was being said. Cool eye picture!

I doubt I would eavesdrop. Mainly, because I'm not that curious or nosy about what others are discussing.

I agree. Sometimes I just don't want to know everything. It would be hard to walk away if you thought it was about you though, wouldn't it?

I would have a hard time eavesdropping on a friend. I'm all about people having their privacy. If they want me to know something then they'd tell me. That's why I have a hard time with gossips too.

Trustworthy friends are really the only kind to have, aren't they? You are blessed to have friends you can trust. =)

No I would no do that at all. Friendship is based on trust and if you trust that person then you will not be worried about trying to listen in on a conversation. Not only does it upset your friend but it leaves ground for your friendship to come to an end. God Bless

You are right. If that trust is broken it may be hard to get back!

I wouldn't eavesdrop on a friend's conversation because that would be an invasion of their privacy and might destroy any friendship that we had established as a result.

I agree with you! Sometimes it is hard to walk away when you overhear something interesting though isn't it? You have to make a concious decision to focus your attention elsewhere.

I actually get quite board when my friends are having a conversation with someone else. I will wander off and find something else to do. I do not worry about what people say behind my back, I just ask God to protect me from the things I can not see.

ummmmmmmmmm It depends. My co -workers are my friends and some are my supervisors/friends.. If they are talking very low at their desk.. I keep walking. I know it is none of my business. If they are talking loudly, then I might chime in.

I don't think I could ever eavesdrop on anyone. To me that would be an invasion of their privacy and everyone is entitled to that. I mean I wouldn't appreciate it if someone eavesdropped on one of my conversations.

you know I am not sure. I have never really had a friend that was talking to another friend without me being included. So I am not sure if I would ease drop or not.

If you eavesdrop it means that you don't respect yourself.. It's one of the main reasons of conflicts, calumny, intrigue which never brings happiness..
