Holy Cow Copperkitten ... 6 pages worth! Wow! I usually wait until I have about a full page or two of responses on a topic and then I go through them all and pick the response I like the best. That has been really easy for me lately because in the last 5 or 6 months I have had "writers block" of some sort and haven't been starting many discussions! Oh cool look at that ... I just shared my 1500th post with you my friend ;)

Wow Copper, thats a lot of discussions and best responses. I certainly don't have that many (you are free to check ;p) so I do not have the same problem. I'm waiting yes, but I want more participants in the thread so I can give a more fair best response. Or I could adopt a policy of first come first serve and get responders that way. I guess I'll stew on that one.

LOL. I usually wait two weeks to give them out so I can get as many responses as I can. First come first serve works too!

LOL..WOW! I see how you have really exerted effort on that one, did you finish them all in one sitting? I try to sit on it once a week give out BRs and maintain only 2 pages left unresolved..so It still manageable. I don't have any time limit though, a discussion could be a month old or just a week old, I give out as long as I see one deserving.
I have a bit problem though with my dicussions that has so many responses..it's as if I wanted to marked them all BR :)

That is a lot of best responses, I hope I got one or two (haha) :P
I usually select best response a day after the last comment is made or depending on the answers I received then I select one. I usually don't post many discussions so it isn't an issue for me!

You know..I think you did get atleast one!! LOL im pretty sure. I tried to give a diffrent person one each time. But some I had to double up on cuz I had only 2 responses. Oh well. Made alot of people happy!

well i try and wait at least a week or so so i can try and give my friends a chance to respond.but i wont let it get too many because then it will take me a long time to read.take care.pattie

ok do you mean on your own discussion (sorry I am having a mental lock down today). I Have not had any major discusions and only have had 3 so far with 16 responces in total I would wait I week and than rate it.

LOL I always tend to forget and than it downs on me that i haven't done it in awhile so i go and look and i have pages and pages to do... I always try to keep up with it but never seems to happen with me...

Well, now that you mention it I probably have 6 months worth of handing out best responses. I try to wait a couple of weeks before I do give them. I try to give as many people as I can a chance to respond. I don't have 6 pages worth, I don't think I do anyway...
