I wonder if all words are written in a dictionary with meanings????

This was a very curios question that just pop up on my mind.Another is how would they able to collect all the words that are written ont the dictionary, it was really amazing how all of things happen and how the words come in together to produce this and that???. Sometimes we create words that are not yet written in dictionary but we still put meaning with it in relation to another word.As I can see that "Words" means also in the WORLD.Give me you opinion about this...Its all but a Word...p.s can you give meaning of word is...
