How far will the Flames go this year?

How far will they go? Do you think they can keep it together and represent the West for the Cup? The Flames was the first team I liked when I started watching hockey. I would like to see a Canadian team bring the cup back. And I hope it is Calgary . But is this the year?I don't know. How about you?

Are you a Avs fan? Oh no. I am a Red Wings fan. Maybe we should talk about something else.

Yep, I'm an Avs fan. But it's ok. I have much respect for the Wings. I love when they play the Avs -- no matter what the outcome, it's always guaranteed to be a great game.

"Nah. Third in the west... the Sharks, then the Avs then the Flames.=)" That would be interesting, but it's not possible. There'd have to be a Central Division team in 3rd and the Flames in 4th ;)

I can't see the flames going any farther with Mike Keenan. We need a new coach!

I would love to go down the Red mile once more! The Stanley cup would be a bonus!

As a Calgarian who has lived here my whole life I must say that I hope to see them go all the way, to resurrect the redmile, but unfortunatley I do not see that happening in the future. I think the boys need to tighten their skates up a bit more first.

What do they need to get back on top? A new coach or a few key players?
