What are the things you remember during Kindergarten? :)

Hmmm...let me see. I remember my hair in pigtails with my lunch box in hand everyday and I eat my snack in school with my classmates. I have to use place mat every snack time and I remember spilling lots of drinks. Funny I don't remember what was in my lunch box. I remember my classmate crying for not finishing an assigned task because he doesn't know the answer. I remember a very naughty classmate who was punished everyday by my teacher. I also had a hygiene and grooming kit which we had to use to keep ourselves clean. And of course the memory wouldn't be complete without the games I played with my friends.

Oh wow...remembering Kindergarten brings to mind hazy pictures with white rings around them (like when you see people remembering things on TV...lol). I remember this girl that walked around sucking her thumb ALL THE TIME...I don't think she took that thing out of her mouth the entire year! Playing in the sandbox...ick it never leaves your teeth! Ohhh and that was the sad year that I cut my hair for the first time...It was soo long and my mom had hers cut around her ears and silly me wanted to "be just like mommy". I was sooo upset after we cut my hair...IT LOOKED AWFUL! I thought I was going to be short-haired for the rest of my life :( Thankfully...it grew back :)

i remember about my kind teacher, my friends and the playground... i also remember that we use to have lunch together in the school canteen that is provided by the school... those are the fun and wonderful times... they are so memorable and i hope i can go back to those times again...

Let's see. I remember the playground which was separate from the big kids playground. :P I remember the big crayons that we would use. The paints and smocks during 'art' time. Tracing letters in my tracing book. I remember the teacher reading to us and showing the class the picture on the page before flipping it to the next. Yep, kindergarten was a very sweet an innocent time in my life. :)

Hi there. I remember the smell of paint and play doh, and bananas lol... I remember having to wear hard plastic aprons for painting too and also getting growled at for painting my cousins blonde hair green lol...

I remember my mum had to be called at school as I was beating up the boys in class (one steped on my brand new shoes and the other one borrowed some paper from me and did'nt want to return it). And also I remember my teacher broke her arm (she fell on some ice) and we were send home for a week.

Really, you still remember your kindergarten days?! I don't, I wonder why. I have a good childhood but I really don't rememeber a lot of things that happened when I was a just a kid. But I'm sure they were good memories.

I remember the my first teacher, she was very beautiful and cute, I have a photograph of students with teacher which was taken at that time, with me and I enjoy seeing that.

Our kindergarten teacher Mrs. Todd told us we were going to make a snake. I thought we were going to make a real live snake that we could hold that would slither, you know, like a green tree snake or a garter snake. I thought I was about to become God! * I was so disappointed when after we were done I was left holding a stuffed brown nylon stocking with two eyes and a smile pasted on it. It had nothing but grocery bags for insides. It didn't do anything but sit there.

Offcourse..its a great time which is lingering in my mind always.I too remember my first teacher Mrs.Bazely who dances everytime while teaching rhymes to us..those beautiful small benches where she placed me comfortably when i cried during the first day in school..and those handkerchieves which i always choose in the morning and my mom pins it in my uniform. Thanks for posting such a cute discussion which brings smiles in my face as i remember these things now and feel happy.:-)

Wasnt it great when we were kids? Back then we couldnt wait to grow up, but now i wish i was a kid again. well sometimes anyway. i loved all the games we used to play, always outside, making our own fun. best wishes to you, sr

Hello Sr0415! The first thing that I remember about during my days in kindergarden is that I used to sit in Principal's office & used to chat with them. This would seem quite strange, but I used to do this. Actually I had a family like bond with the principals (they were couples). They used to treat me like their own child. After school, whenever my dad was late to pick me up, they used to sit with me & have a chat. They never did this with other students, I still don't know what was special about me & why principals used to chat with me. But I used to enjoy it. Then, I remember about one of my friends bringing small baby's milk bottle (nipple one) to drink milk LOL & everybody used to make fun of her as she did this till she came to 2nd grade. Then, I remeber about participating in a fancy dress comeptition as a bride & everybody praised me. Right now thats all I remember...vani^_^

yoh frined as for me i remeber it only when i glance on pictures taken during my kindergarten years before i can relate so i did look for one before replying here. i remeber playing, drawing different scenes, coloring some figures, laughing with a bunch of frined., eating our recess provided by the school similar to you we have juice and a bread but cant remember if its is pandesal. hehehe. we perform some role play with specific costume worn. hay if i could only be born again. i dont have kids yet but if ever i will also collect pictures of him/her.

i remeber the great playgrounds and all the fun painting we use to do,i also remember when it was picture time my teacher always fixed our hair because it got messed up from being outside,but i always hated how she use to do it,half the time it was crooked with my pony tails and hairs sticking up.i also remeber taking a little lunch box with all my favorites in their,i use to stuff as much as i can and half the stuff wasnt food,i always wanted to take my toys instead.those were the great days.pattie

I always remember looking forward to the bottle of milk we would get each day, but then dreading the lunchtime sleep we had to have as no one at that age wants to sleep. I also remember the small fence and thinking I could easily escape....lol!

Oh my...my memories are sooo different!! I remember waiting outside with my teacher when it was time to go home. My dad was suppose to pick me up some days and it was so terrible because he was ALWAYS late!!! So I would be standing outside with my teacher waiting for my dad to show up, and sometimes he was so late I would just go back into the school with my teacher and wait in the classroom while my teacher got her work done. That is my main memory, I can still pickure the wall we would stand by and the parking lot...uugghhh. Maybe that is why I am never late!!

I have a terrible memory when it comes to remembering about kindergarten. The most I can remember is playing marbles and wearing clown like suits my mother use to sew for us (more like overalls LOL).

I don't have much of memory of back then.My mom has alot of pictures of me back then but none it seems familar.

I remember the milk and cookies and the awesome performance my teacher taught us. It was about Japan and we all had Japanese customes and had Japanese sayings and songs. She was an awesome teacher..:)

I dont remember much but I clearly remember my hair is in pigtail and my number one bestfriend in kinder. Everyday he make it a point to tease me.
