Having just got myself a tv tuner for my laptop I wished to use windows media center to view tv rather than the software included. Upon trying to do so I get an error message saying "configuration settings for your region could not be determined, restart and try again". I have tried google for an answer, however the one I can find is to make sure my user account is the admin (which it is). So this has not fixed my problem. Can any of you guys help?
