Ringtones for cell phone

Do you have a special ringtone that you downloaded? I thought that was silly - then I heard my daughter's ringtone! It was 'Black Velvet', one of my absolutely all time favorite songs. So I told her to download it to my phone. Ok, its only like $2 or something, but I just didn't want to get caught in downloading a bunch of ringtones and then get hit with a big bill.

Yes I do and I have a few on my phone but my Phone I can download from Limewire and then use Bluetooth to put it on my Phone

I can download whole songs to my phone, but don't know how to make them ringtones. Someone told me there is a program out there somewhere that will let you 'clip' the parts of the song you want and make it into a ringtone.
