Anyone knows the meaning of the stars on the discussions?

I noticed that my lot placed a star next to my name
everytime I participate in discussions now ,and I was
wondering if any of you guys know the meaning of this
symbol? Do they rate your discussions based on stars?

The rating of the star determines the value of your posts and discussions.This is an average of the first one hundred entries that you have posted.
I don't think they have a specific place for us to really determine how to improve the rating other than the users themselves giving you a plus or minus should they wish to evaluate your topic.

the stars are basically a rating on your discussions and the responses you give other people. its based out of 100 and it goes up when people give you a positive rating. the start will change colors the higher your rating.
