what would you do if someone tell you to get off of the net but they tell you that you be up on it to much what would you do

If I am at work and they tel me that I woul obey but at my home you are being rude and I would tell them so. I pay my bills so who are you to tell me to get off. I would certainly tell that person so and ignore them. Somehtings people say are just better ignored.
