Low payouts?

Is it good for you, that some "paid to" sites offer no minimum payout or payout since $1? I think it has no sense, because I wouldn't like to request a $0.15 payout... Do you think it works as a plus for those sites? Would you like to recive payment lower than $5?

no, i dont payout anything under 5 bucks, as im living in the UK and it wouldnt be much for me!
