how do you react with people that snore? do you tend to hate them for not sleeping well? or are you worried for their own health condition? or it doesnt matter at all? whome do you find more prominent to snore is it the female or the male?

I'm told I do. And I talk in my sleep. :) Hubby will kick me so I move and if he goes to sleep before I start again he's fine. :) I've never considered doing anything for it. It doesn't bother me. ;) I don't think it bugs him too much either. It's only really bad if I'm really tired.

I looked. As far as life style changes go since I don't drink very often and am not (well only 15 lb.) overweight I don't think that's an issue. Surgery seems a bit extreme....

How do I react? Easy JOSHBOZ. I always kidding with them. You wanted to know what will I do...ha..ha..I will take a cubicle salt, tiny size and let say about 2mm in diameter, tie it up on single string and start play a joke. I will bring that tied salt to his mouth...whoa!!...whoa!!!..whoa!!!it just like fishing rod caught a fish, JOSHBOZ. The fish will follow the fishing rod....left and right, up and down, and no more snoring....but must be very careful on this type of kidding!!!, get ready a glass of water... No and I will never hate them for not sleeping well because I like it. More fun.....and I never bother about their health condition because it happened(snoring) due to inproper sleeping position. Gender is not statistical for snoring. Male or female will has snoring when there is minimum level of oxygen in the blood plus wrong sleeping position....snore will active. Josh, I'm smiling now because you previous discussion on that pre-marriage pregnancy really "burning"....and that flame splash on me as well....good to have that type of discussion...repeat it Josh?.....

I snore, my wife snores, my son snores so who ever sleeps early is always sleeps well. I was told snoring is not a good healthy sign. I do not think there is a cure for this. I am not sure.

hi there ssh. yes there are suggested treatments shared to us by vmks in this discussion since i cannot copy paste it for you, i suggest you read what he had shared. your right, the earliest member of your family will be the one to sleep peacefully while the last one will suffer a lot. in my family me and my dad only snore so whoever gets to sleep first will have a good night sleep. thanks for sharing.

I snore or rather I snored, and my husband does when he sleeps on his back. I sometimes nudge him. I do not know who snores the most, I lived with a family where both the man and the woman snored, and I did not count who did the most. I had heartburn and acid reflex disease (my dad snored as well), and I learned a few years ago, that if I raise the top of my bed or use two pillows instead of one, I would not snore, so I tried it and it worked, so now if I go somewhere where there is not two pillows, I put a book under the pillow so I can raise my head.

I do not snore and have been lucky enough not to have slept with anyone who does.My Dad does and my mom found it annoying and complained about it all the time. I've heard that a "BREATH RIGHT STRIP" can work. It's supposed to open up the air passages to make ones breathing easier.
