what do you think about when someone says happiness?

Happiness, usually, what comes to mind are things, or outcomes. A high-paying job, an expensive new car, or a child who becomes a successful professional. We have a tendency to externalize happiness, that something intimately involved in a thing or event.
In yourself what would you require in order for you to achieve happiness? Is it a thing or an event or the hightech materials around us now? Or your child/family?
For me, my happiness is my family, no amount of money can paid the happiness that my family gave to me. Feelin of being complete having them in my life. My family means my happiness.

for me happiness is having a good laugh with my kids. for example one sunday afternoon eating brownies that we all helped baking and eating ice cream then we will laughing about something so silly.... thats happiness.

i will be happy when someone say happiness.
everyone has different meaning of happiness. for me, i feel i'm living a happy life, although i have no enough money.i'm a satisfied girl, i can live together with my boyfriend,then i feel very happy. when i know my parents are healthy, then i feel happy.
happiness is simple and esay.

Hi archer, for me, basiccally it means living in good health, you can't achieve anything great without it.More than that, happiness is be thankful for what you have, so you won't think over stuffs you can't afford that makes you get stressed.Have a great day.
