Do you buy lingerie online?

I just found a link to an amazing lingerie website and they have some really pretty bedroom fashions. However, I'm hesitant to buy lingerie online. First I've never purchased lingerie online before, and second, I'm not sure if I could get the right fit. Maybe it would be the same as ordering from QVC on television. Sometimes that's a hit and miss as well.
Since I don't get out much, it's not like I'm going to be able to go to one of our local lingerie shops, so maybe this would be a viable option. Have you had positive experiences buying lingerie online? Does the lingerie usually fit? And, do online websites have a good return policy? Would love to know.

Actually I think thats the only type of clothing I've NOT yet bought online...or actually I did buy a set of bras once and as cute as they were they didnt fit right AT ALL so I've not bought anything of that sort online again...Pj's and whatnot I would but other than that I'm not so sure I would do it again..

Perhaps I will buy a pretty night gown online and stick to the mall lingerie shop for the rest. Or, at least get a catalog. Most times gowns are roomy enough to fit.

well i have bought some great lingerie online before,it was from victoria secreat and also from kohl.i had a great experience and had no problems,they have charts to follow and they are pretty much accurate to the tee.i dont get to go out much so i try to order what i need on line,and i always tend to find great deals.pattie

Oh I am hesitant to buy lingerie and clothes online because most of the time I would be scared if the things don't fit me at all! Then I would be disappointed! I agree that I looked at some websites online and they have very nice lingerie wear that I cannot find around here and I am always tempted to buy. Maybe I would try to buy a couple piece later when I have the budget and see how things go. *smiles*.

no the size sometimes and the color may be different from what you see actually so i try not to buy them and also very embarassed sometimes to buy and ask for changes if any.even if the price is lesser alos i dont buy them.

I have a policy not to buy clothes and lingerie online. If they don't fit it's troublesome to return it back. Also each brand has slight differences in their sizes so you can buy i.e. 75C bra like you always do and it won't fit, but 80C will be just fine. And you won't know it unless you order another one... online shopping is good for electronics, maybe for cosmetics but not for this kind of shopping. I mean, there is a reason why women spend 5-6 hours while searching for clothes, right? xD

Hi Beautyqueen, I have just created a website selling leather products, motorcycle wear and leather lingerie. I am very committed to ensuring my customers get a perfect fit and request measurements from my customers rather than the size they quote. I do realise that some people aren't quite as committed to provide excellent customer service as I am, but I would suggest you send an email to the company asking questions. I always buy lingerie online. I have no problems with it. I know my sizes and I've never had to return anything. I get plenty of catalogs in the mail every month. I flip through the catalog and then I will buy it online. Items get here faster if you buy online.
I certainly wouldn't want to buy them in a shop as I just may blush and turn a nice shade of firey red.

I buoght several outfits before I got married, (for my honeymoom) because I wasn't sure where to go in my town to buy sexy lingerie =) I don't remember what the web-site was but I loved the stuff I got!! I think it is fine to buy it on-line, less embarassing for me =) You would have to check the return policy because I am sure each site is different, there should be something about it on a site's Q & A or Fact page. I baught a couple of thing Online and among those things were also lingerie I really love things from victoria's secrets. Don't be affraid to buy something online, you know your sizes and you can see the picture. In case you won't like what you received you can always return it back without any problem.

I wouldn't really recommend buying lingerie online, not bras anyway. About a month ago i ordered two bras, same size but different brands. One fitted perfectly and the other was miles too big! I had to go to return one which is a bit of a pain.
