can you really forgive and forget?

In my part, yes if the sin is just minor but if it is major, and you're constantly reminded, then the pain comes back and it'll hurt again..have you experience this?

Forgive & forget are two different activities. That contain different test. Sometimes forgotness may be a good sign but not for forever at all. But forgiveness is always is a good virtue. There is proberb like forgiveness is heavenly. All of we should try for the second one..

forgive and forget... wel,,, i was on that situation 3 years ago... when my bf dumped me lyk a hot potato.... i want to forgive.. but it's too painful... how can i forget?! i set up my mind that he don't deserve me and i won... i forgave and i forgot... now m enjoying my life.... harhar........
