What is The usual Instant Messenger you use?

There are lots of instant messages out there already.
YM, AIM, Skype, MSN, Myspace, etc,etc,etc
Each region/country/continent are using an instant messanger that is famous to them. Because their friends usually used the same messanger.
I am usually using Yahoo Messenger to talk with my friends. And AIM for my work. I am residing in the Philippines that's why YM is more used becaue it is mostly know
How about you? What do you use and what is famous in your place and with your friends?

I use both AIM and Instant messenger. I used to use skype with my ex because it was a long distance relationship and it was easier to allow us to have video chats when we couldn't be together. I like AIM and YM a lot and I use a program called Trillian that lets me have both of them up without having both installed on my computer.

I usually use Yahoo Messenger and Skype because of my friends use it and I also use it for us to keep in touch.
