hi guys, i'm great dilemma right now. I have a paypal account and i used it in receiving my earnings online. I am just making sure if paypal works in the philippines, if so how can i redeem my cash through paypal? because i heard a lot comments that paypal is not available in the philippines. is it true?

good news for filipino users. paypal is now available in the philippines. you can now receive money from anyone in the world and withdraw it into your visa or mastercard accounts.
