I brush my teeth twice a day. One in the morning and one before I go to sleep at night.

Hello kreizhy, I like to brush my teeth regularly after every meal.I usually brush my teeth at least 3 times in a day. In the morning after breakfast, then lunch at the office, and before going to bed to sleep.
Yup I feel the same way too, I like the clean and fresh feeling. :-)

Me and my family brushes teeth minimum of four times a day from morning whenever we wakes-up until before going to sleep. brushing our teeth is a part of our daily life.
