Things turned out well for my friend, her daughter and baby

This is for all those who took their time to respond to my previous discussion about my friend. My friend, after several attempts finally got hold of her daughter's father. The father was really sorry for what happened to her daughter and he promised to help. They are going to keep the baby. The daughter will have to stop her studies for the meantime til she gives birth. But they decided to send her to the province, the place of the father. This is of course to spare the child of the rumors and judgemental eyes of the neighbors. There will be relatives (father's side) to take care of her there. The father even promised that he will do everything to help her daughter finish her studies and even asked her to come to the US to visit him. Although this is something my friend isn't so sure about. But this is not the important thing. I am so glad, really. I feel so light as if a load has been taken out of my shoulders. Thank you to all of you. Your responses were very much appreciated.
