New Computer Monitor Technology

I have created a new computer monitor on paper, I have sent my idea to an invention help company, but they turned me down. I'm not ready to give up yet, because I know my idea will revolutionize the computer experience.
I don't want to reveal any details, however I can give out the name, which is; Window Panes.
What I want to know is, is there any body reading this that has or is working with Computer Monitors?
Maybe we can hook up and I can discuss my idea in confidence
and with complete trust...

Building my idea would greatly improve any chance of
succeeding. I don't have the resources, but maybe with help
we can do it.

I understand you are in the business of helping people,
However, after reviewing angelcapitaleducation.org I failed to understand how this .org can help.
Please explain.
The web site you speak of seems to have too much about
nothing, pertaining to the help I need to build a prototype.
