i think he is a big jerk. he had the opportunity to play for his team after such a long time he just blew it away. hid discipline has long been a problem cause he has all this 'oh-there-is-no-one-like-me' attitude for which i really hate him, no matter how much valuable he is for the team. i am actually glad that he has been dropped from the team cause i dont feel that the pakistani team play s as one unit when he is in the team. and is it really a matter of 'who provoked him?' i don't care who provoked him, it was not good of shoaib to swing a bat at his fellow teammember.

Yes you are right. I thought he will bribe somebody in the concerned office. But luck did not favour him and now he is punished for his mistake. I think he deserves it.

This problem of lack of discipline has always been there with Shoaib and this time it has proved costly for him.

Well something was cooking between Shoaib Akhtar and all the other Pakistan cricket team members as a reason of which Shoaib Akhtar is out of action for a long time now. I think Shoaib has developed a mean and proud kind of nature in him. If he is senior bowler than he must prove to ve senior and help and guide his juinors just like Imran Khan did when he guide Wasim Akram in the right way.
