have you ever dinned and dashed and wht did you feel after it?

Once really accidentally I did just that, not even realizing I had not paid, and did not know about it til a week later when one of the waitresses told me I had left without paying and they did not know my name except that I worked at the library. so of course I paid my back bill and was really upset to think I could have done such a thing, but later I think that I had paid but I made the error of not staying with my check and the money I put down until the cashier could get to me, she was really busy. I think one of the other patrons took the moneywithout her knowing it and pocketed it. she had about six people she was trying to wait on at the same time. anyway I paid it again as I do not walk out on my bills ever.

Never done that before. It's dishonest. I'm not that poor.

I haven't ever done that and I don't think I could. I would feel really awful. In fact, I would probably end up having to go back in and give them the money and apologize. It's just not in my character. I believe in Karma... You get what you give.
