Transfer EGold/Alertpay Balance to Paypal

Hello everyone. I am very curious to know whether we can transfer the Egold/alertpay account balance to Paypal or not. I have earned some money on a couple of sites and I have reached the egold minimum payout but not of paypal. If we can transfer the money without much loss in fees I would receive the payments in egold and then transfer them to paypal or if the case is otherwise I will try waiting for the paypal minimum payout. thanks for the help.
