What do you think about Ankiel now?

There is a report that says Ankiel bought a years supply of HGH in 2004. He stopped using it before the ban.Do you still think his story is a feel good story of the season. Or do you think it is just another thing that shows there are too many career helping drugs in baseball?I still think unless you can show me how these drugs help your eyesight, I am okay with them.I still think the Ankiel story is amazing.A former pitcher, going to the outfield and doing well.

It is still an amazing story. I wonder sometimes why the media has to bring something like this up. They delivered HGH to his house before the ban, but after the ban, the shipments stoped. How much more clean can you get? He followed the rules of the game faithfully. I'm sure hes not the only one.

Exactly. It seems like they leaked the story now just to hurt him, not to "clean up" baseball.
