Do you love her or do you love the idea of having her?

I'm positive that I'm totally In love with my girlfriend, no doubt in my mind. The bad thing is that my ex girlfriend.. I loved the idea of having her but I didn't really love her after all and it caused some issues, did you have something like that?

In my case, I don't have time seeing my past boyfriends and as much as possible I don't want to see them now that I have a happy family.

I don't see my ex, I just wrote about the fact that I broke up with her partially because I loved the idea that I have someone and didn't really love that specific person.
