Anyone who does physical workout?

I notice I am starting to feel and get obese. What is the best way to flatten the bulging belly? My work allows me short breaks so I eat all I can and requires me to sit the whole 10 hours. After work, I just eat again because I am tired and hungry and I get to bed because I am sooo tired and sleepy and this happens everyday.

Instead of eating at your breaks, get up and take a walk, even if it's just around the building. If you are really hungry, take a healthy snack you can eat while you are walking, like a banana or some other fruit you like. Try to stay away from junk food that has little nutrition. When you get off work, take a short nap if you want, and then another short walk after you eat. You may not feel like doing that, but you will be surprised how it will energize you. Exercise will increase your metabolism so the calories you consume will burn off quicker. If this doesn't help, you might consult a doctor to see if you have some kind of physical ailment that makes you so tired all the time.

Thanks, sounds healthy. But I noticed after going out for example after going to work(and not sleeping right after eating), I can't sleep anymore. And I have to wake up to work so I have to have much energy reserve. Maybe if I make your advice a habit, then my body clock might adjust. But to tell you, even consulting a doctor gives me much anxiety that they would just clutter my mind.
