What would you do if you're stuck with something that you don't like??

I am currently in a research that will last until my graduation which is 3 more years. However, I had an offer few days ago about a part time job and a project that I'm more interested in. I don't know if I should quit the current research project that I'm in or completer 90 hours before quitting.
