crash diet

what's ur crash diet? im gaining weight again. all these emotional issues making me eat eat eat and eattttttt more..lol..worst, i prefer eating sweets..icecream, cakes and donuts my fave! i know its something about capabilities of sweet foods to release happy endorphins....sighh.....may i know some of ur EFFECTIVE, SAFE AND HEALTHY CRASH DIET? something that doesn't create a YOYO EFFECT?

hey eliezl!I've never gone on a crash diet but I do stay off sweets,white bread,white rice & anything in that food group.I usually run for my life if I'm stressed.I can't handle stress too well but I know I can really swim or run and sometimes I go for karaokes or just sleep.do anything you like BUT eat.but you can munch on fruits;eg apples or bananas.or have yogurt.don't forget to drink lots of fluids!

thanks for the advice sugarfloss. =) yah i used to swim but due to lack of budget, i can't go swimming even if i wanted to badly. and yeah i drink lots of fluids. what my problem is about controlling about my crave for sweets especially if im stressed out... sigh..i keep on popping sweets and keep on procastinating. but will try to do bit of exercise and avoid those fatty foods...i really dont want to get back my old weight... =)
