Are You Willing To Donate Your Blood?

I was in the Heart Center, excited to become a blood donor. But unfortunately, i wasn't able to donate because i will have my menstruation come within this week or the next week, and the nurses advised me that it is bad to donate blood when having or is about to have mens because it will double the loss of blood on the donor which will make her anemic. so one of the nurses advised me to go back a week after my mens.
so sad that i didn't get to donate but i think that there must be some other time that my blood is reserved for. ^^

really? you mean, you still donate whether you have your period or not?

yes,if possible,I am very willing to do that.but one time I wanted to donate my blood,but those doctors just told me that I am too thin to donate blood.so till now,I have not donated my blood to others.
